Responsibilities and Duties

Proof Reading, Editing and Writing Tasks

  • Working and coordinating with the team for tasks.
  • Providing and publishing content for school newsletters, website, social media posts, news video bulletins, theme emailers
  • Must possess, creative skills and experience to research, write, edit and develop fresh and unique content.
  • Understanding the areas where content needs to be proof-read, edited and re-written keeping in mind the timelines.
  • Customizing the content as per the requirement of the customer.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English
  • Decent basic aptitude
  • Patient, hardworking, good organizational and co-ordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Drive, Excel and Word

Experience required:

  1. 6 months – 1 year of experience in Content Writer, Social Media
  2. Arts > Literature Background/Mass Communication/Advertising Agency/Content Writing

Job summery

We are looking for a Client Services Manager who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. The Client Services Manager will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and customer service

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
  • Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation’s products or services
  • communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face.
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing services
  • Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well

Journalism Trainer, Creative Writing Trainer

Job Summary

The trainer will mainly be responsible for imparting Journalism and Writing Skills training to school students aged between 11-14 years. This profile will also be responsible for being the bridge between the customer and the backend support teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client Onboarding (Training client school teachers on company processes, discussing themes of the month, content to be included, conducting assessments for students, giving journalism training to students, setting and enabling the process in place at clients’ end)
  • Imparting writing skills training to school students aged between 11-14 years (Interview Skills, Report Writing, Article Writing, Feature Writing etc)
  • Co-ordinating with Senior Trainer, CSM, Sales and daily reporting
  • Proof-reading and content writing

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Skills (especially journalism writing)
  • Classroom Management and Control
  • Decent basic aptitude
  • Open to travelling within the city (two-wheeler required)
  • Patient, hardworking, good organizational and co-ordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Drive, Excel and Word.
